- Street addresses and US PO Boxes

When will my order be shipped?
- Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours
- Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped the next business day
- Please note that during periods of high volume, it will take longer for your order to ship (sales, major promotions, holiday season, etc.)
When will my order be delivered?
- Orders will be shipped USPS (unless noted otherwise)
- Delivery is within 7-10 business days
- Due to COVID-19 there may be unexpected delays

What if I’d like to change my order after it’s been placed?

- Once an order has been processed we are not able to make changes, adjustments or cancellations
Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
- Yes, you’re able to enter separate shipping addresses and save addresses to your address book that you may want to ship to in the future

How do I return or exchange my order?

- Best contact information so we can assist you with your Return/Exchange
Return/ Exchange Policy
- Full-price items with a BBF Store receipt: Within 30 days of purchase: Merchandise Credit less 30% restocking fee.
- No return shipping label provided
Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you need your exchange in a hurry, email us at BBF@stran.com and we will do our best to get your new products out to you quickly! You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you and you’ll be credited for your original purchase less a 30% restocking fee as soon as we receive your return.
